I am available for family mediations in St. Petersburg, Florida through the court-provided program, and also conduct private family and civil mediations for $175.00 per hour in Pinellas and neighboring counties.  Travel time will be charged at half this hourly rate.

Typically, mediations are scheduled for a three-hour period, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or from 1:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m.  If you wish to schedule a shorter or longer period please call my office.  Court-ordered mediations are usually scheduled at the court facility located at 501 1st Avenue North, in downtown St. Petersburg, but I will go to any local location without charge. After hours private mediations can be conducted by special request.

Court-Provided Mediations

The Sixth Judicial Circuit provides subsidized mediation for parties whose combined gross incomes are under $50,000.  In order to set such mediations, you should contact the Mediation Programs in St. Petersburg (Shelia Morrison, 727-582-7206) or in Clearwater (Carol Dukes-Dubose, 727-464-4947).  Parties must submit proof of their incomes to the court program administrators in an approved financial affidavit, and must pay their required fee in advance.
